The packaging box was slightly crumpled and there was a slight, unidentifiable oil stain on the product, but it came off easily when wiped with a wet tissue.
It works well and charges fully without any issues. It operates for about 10 minutes at a time when fully charged. After operating like this about 3 times, it will discharge and need to be recharged. I don't know if this is normal.
